Case Background

On a Saturday night in downtown Los Angeles, a driver with a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit ran a red light at high speed, causing a devastating chain-reaction collision. Five vehicles were involved, with three of our clients suffering serious injuries including spinal fractures, traumatic brain injury, and multiple broken bones.
